- Claims must be accompanied by original sales receipt
- Covers the following
FINISH: guaranteed to be free of defects for 1 year
HOOPS: guaranteed to be free of defects or material failure for 1 year
SHELLS: guaranteed to be free of defects or material failure for 3 years
LUGS AND HARDWARE: guaranteed to be free of defects or material failure for 3
years
- Does not cover heads or damage due to misuse or negligence
- Does not cover damage due to improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized
alteration, abnormal stain and neglect, exposure to extremes of temperature,
humidity, or improper storage and handeling
Obtaining Warranty Service:
Warranty service may be obtained by contacting C & C directly by fax to
217-324-0835, or email to
warranty@candccustomdrums.com. Include pictures and/or a detailed
description itemizing the items to which warranty service is being sought. Upon
receipt of the request for warranty service and initial inspection to ascertain
that warranty service is applicable, C & C will issue a return authorization
number (RMA).
